Can you manage my network service as a part of my project?
ScaleMatrix has a full staff of engineers to fully manage your environment, so you can be as hands on or off as you prefer. We allow for full scalability within the design we deploy for you.
Do the physical compute resources in our existing on-premise footprint translate directly to resources in the cloud?
No, physical resources in an on-premise data center are typically over provisioned to account for peak workloads. Leveraging the cloud allows you to consume the compute needed for your specific workload. In cases of surging compute demand, ScaleMatrix can provision a short-term compute requirement to account for the additional compute demand, meaning clients don't have to pay for compute that sits idle over time.
Can I have some of my information in the cloud and keep some of my servers at my office?
ScaleMatrix has hybrid cloud solutions that can keep your server architecture at your office and the remainder of the information workload servers at ScaleMatrix.

ScaleMatrix utilizes industry leading DDOS mitigation platforms to defend against DDOS threats. These sophisticated platforms have intercepted hundreds of DDOS attacks before they've reached the ScaleMatrix network. To date, no DDOS attack has breached our network or impacted our clients operations.
